Strategic Finance Consulting provides acquisition services to  tour operator Red Savannah

Strategic Finance Consulting provided buy side advice to Red Savannah Ltd in support of their acquisition of US based villa provider Homebase Abroad. The purpose of this acquisition was to allow Red Savannah to increase sales in its second largest market by sales volume.

Strategic Finance Consulting provided transaction support to STI Enterprises on its successful sale to IMI Integrated Micro-Electronics

Strategic Finance Consulting are delighted to have provided transaction support on the 80% sale of STI Enterprises Limited to IMI Integrated Micro-Electronics part of the Ayala Industrials division of Ayala Corporation. The deal first announced on the 7th April reached legal completion last week.

Simon Best (MD) continues in his role and we wish him and everyone at STI every success as they embark on this exciting new chapter in the evolution of the business. The sale is testament to their hard work in delivering continued growth, integrating substantial acquisitions and developing a reputation as a global leader in electronics manufacturing services.
